Adams Boy's Run Bike, Blue/Red Review

(More customer reviews)We got this for my 2 year old boy after breaking a wooden "run bike" from Germany. My son LOVED this bike the moment he got it, and still does at 3 1/2. Anywhere we went people talked about it, and every kid wanted to try it. This bike teaches kids how to balance on a bike -- something that regular bikes with training wheels don't. Don't be fooled -- a bike with training wheels teaches nothing but how to pedal.
Not only was it fun for my son, but he was able to take his training wheels off his "pedal bike" on his third birthday -- in fact, the glide bike had prepared him so well that he was able to ride his regular bike on the first try, and was riding with ease the first day. (this was at least a year ahead of our other kids who did not use a run bike). He still prefers this Adams non-pedal bike to his regular bike, though, so I guess he just likes it better. The bike is also indestructible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! This is probably the best gift we have given based on it's popularity with our kids.

Radio Flyer Girls Classic Dual Deck Tricycle, Pink Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my grand daughters' 3rd birthday and it is a huge hit! She is definitely a girly-girl and is really into pink, so this hot-pink tricycle really hit a home run.
When I brought it in to the birthday party from my daughters' garage my grand daughter forgot about all of the toys she had already opened and ran to the front closet to get her coat so Pop-Pop (what she calls me) could take her outside to teach her how to ride on it. Since we had received 4 inches of snow the night before and were to get 3 more inches that morning the outside thing didn't work out so well. So she decided to ride it in the house. Running over the toys and other gifts she had already opened as well as other people at the party didn't seem to be a problem with her. However the black marks the rubber tires left on the walls were not her dad's favorite thing.
The tricycle was very easy to assemble as is very, very sturdy. With the adjustable seat and handle bars and the fact that it has a tubular steel frame and rubber tires rather than plastic, we expect this to last grand daughter #1 through to the point where she needs a two wheeler and it should still be going strong when grand daughter #2 (born last November) is ready for her first tricycle. We had purchased what is basically the same tricycle when my daughter was 3 (now she is 30) and when my kids were too old for it we gave it to a younger cousin for her children. The last time we were at her house we noticed that tricycle hanging from a ceiling hook in their garage waiting for the next generation of trike riders to enter the scene.

(More customer reviews)My son received this for his 2nd birthday and he absolutely loves it. He is 35 1/2 inches tall and about 28 lbs. He is only currently using it inside the house but he has so much fun riding around on his motorcycle. The wheels are wide enough so it doesn't easily tip. Great toy for a 2yr old.

Hob-E-Lube Workbench Assortment Review

(More customer reviews)This is an assortment of all the lubricants one might need for small models with moving parts, or any small mechanical devices that might need lubrication. It includes two grades of light oil, dry graphite and dry teflon lubricants, a heavier gear oil, moly grease and teflon grease. These are excellent, high quality lubricants, and they perform as advertised.
Some uses for the light oils are lubricating small rotating bearings or sliding parts on small models.
The dry lubes are used for places where you want to avoid dust/gunk accumulation in the lubricant. The teflon lube is non-conductive, while the graphite lube is electrically conductive.
The greases are best used for lubricating gear trains or other heavy parts. Moly grease is conductive, wile teflon is not.
These lubes are not toys, and shouldn't be given to children unless they know what they are doing and/or are supervised.

(More customer reviews)Arcee is one sweet ride with some attitude!Arcee is head of a strike team that includes Elita-1,and Chromia.The ROTF version has a unique design that is very cool looking and has a realistic movie appearence.Arcee has the Mech Alive feature to reveal moving gears while the sidecar becomes a snap-on blaster or figure stand.Arcee also features an extending blade for up close battles.The paint color is true to the G1 days with some cool looking cybertronian tattoos mixed in with the neon pink for one badass motorcycle.The durability is awesome for an all around solid transformer while the poseability is excellent with great stability for battle scenes or displaying in the sidecar/figure stand.The transformation level is advanced meaning if you have plenty of experience with transformers there is mid-level difficulty.If you are a parent buying for a child of 5-6 or younger you will probably have to help in the process.Arcee can be challenging,but with some practice she is a very managable transformer to learn with.Bottom line is that Arcee is a well-made,high quality,10 out of 10 transformer all fans should enjoy.I highly recommend ROTF Arcee to all transformer fans and collectors alike.Arcee Rocks and Transformers Rule!!!

Power Wheels Disney/Pixar Toy Story 3 Lil' Quad Review

(More customer reviews)I originally wanted to buy the Dora Power Wheels, but it seemed that it would not come in before my daughter's birthday so I cancelled my first order. Then I saw this Buzz Lightyear Power Wheels and knew it is more suited for a boy, but my daughter loves Buzz! On the night of her 2nd birthday we came home from Chuck E. Cheese and I had the Quad set up with a balloon in the living room and she screamed and ran straight for it. She sat on it and jumped for a little bit then saw the little red button. Once she pushed it and the quad lurched forward she was initially scared so my niece, who is 14 years old had to show her how much fun it was and rode it. Then my wife rode the little quad and let me tell you that this little thing is one strong toy. Now my daughter has a blast with this little quad and soon I will be upgrading to a larger one once she gets bored. I would recommend this power wheels to all my friends with little or maybe bigger kids.

Little Tikes Push & Ride Racer Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter has definetely enjoyed pushing this car around and piling things on the seat and in the "doll" seat. I think it helped her learn to walk on her own, which is what prompted our purchase. She also likes climbing on, off, and over it. She is just starting to figure how to "ride" it herself (she knows how to and enjoys having me push her around on it.) The only thing this is missing is an inseat storage compartment. Kids love collecting and hiding things, and it seems there is plenty of space for a compartment--it doesn't need to be big. Although then the seat might not be as "ergonomic," that is if you could say it currently is. I think it would be a good idea anyway.
Assembly was easy enough for my husband, although it did take about 30 min--there are quite a few pieces that go into putting on each wheel. It'd be nice if the wheels were preinstalled but then the box would have to be a bit bigger, which isn't as economical, so consider your time spent an environmental service :)

Schwinn Boy Bicycle Training Wheels Review

(More customer reviews)These training wheels are easy to install however the bike we have has a thicker than usual bar going to the back of the bike and the training wheels constantly slip and spin around even when very tight. It had a rubber guard so it doesn't slip which is good but seems that the cut out just isn't wide enough for our bike. The other trouble with it is that the plastic chain guard had to be removed to make them work on this bike and there's no way to put back on with them attached, a hazard. I don't know if it's meant specifically for Schwinn bikes or not, maybe that's the problem. I wouldn't have bought again for those reasons...
