(More customer reviews)This Hot Wheels Grave Digger Monster Truck is built for crashing. When the front wheels are bumped, the roof pops open and out pops a skull. There are lights and crashing sounds and the skull announces the Grave Digger name in a "creepy" sounding voice. Then you push on the roof pieces (sticker on top says "push here") and the skull pops back in place and the roof pieces fit back together for more crashing action.
I ordered this online, and if I'd seen it in the store, I may have dismissed it as being too cheaply put together. While the pieces are easy to pop back in place, they just seem a little flimsy to me. But, having said that... my 4 year old LOVES this toy. It has taken quite a few crashes so far, and all still seems to be working well. My son loves Monster Trucks; and Grave Digger is his favorite. If you can't tell from the pictures online, this truck is larger than standard hot wheels cars. It is maybe 8" long and 6" tall (approximate).
Overall, I'm pleased with this toy. I hope it stands up to my crash happy son. But for the under $20 price tag, this toy has been a good find.
