(More customer reviews)My daughter bought this toy for my grandson, who is an avid "Cars" fan. He is two years old, and absolutely loves it. There are three levels to the garage. The cars can get to each level by using the elevator or going down the spiral car ramp. The bottom level is a gas station, the middle is Luigi's tire station, the top has a Piston Cup platform. There are a lot of cute details to the toy - a car lift, heli pad on the elevator, hose to dispense gas, etc. However, there aren't so many pieces that you'll constantly be picking them up off the floor or losing them. Most of the pieces are firmly attached to the toy. He will play with his cars on it for an hour at a time! The base of the toy is wide enough that there aren't problems with it tipping over during play, as some other plastic playsets do. Also, this playset fits with standard size die-cast "Cars" characters and matchbox cars. (Some of the other playsets are only for Mini-cars!)
There are a few things I don't like about it. The elevator is hard for him to lift up because it sticks (but it goes down easily) If he tries to force the elevator, he lifts the whole toy because it is light plastic. Also, it was easy to assemble, which makes me worry that pieces may come off easily - though it has held up well so far.
Overall, I would say it is worth the money for a child who really likes cars.
