Dreamworks Exclusive How To Train Your Dragon Series 2 4" Collectible Figure- Review

This is a fun thing to have if you like to collect toys from any good cartoon picture. As a toy... yes it could be fun but with the little stand and everything, not that great. My nephews enjoy playing with it but it does not have as many gadgets as many new toys.

How To Train Your Dragon Movie 4 Inch Series 3 Action Figure Astrid Review

How To Train Your Dragon Movie 4 Inch Series 3 Action Figure Astrid
Average Reviews:

I gave my son all the characters i could find from this movie. This is by far the worst of the series (hiccup, gobber, stoic, fishlegs, astrid, snotlout). She is very thin, and its difficult to get her to stand on her own, her legs are so thin. We have managed to get her to stand with her weapon in hand, but the shield just puts her overweight and she falls. If they had made her more sturdy, her legs a bit thicker, it would have been more fun for him. Overall he was pleased to get her, but plays with the other characters more. Could be because he prefers the boys more, I dont know. Help this review helps!

Little guy likes it so I'm ok with it. I wish there were a few more stencils to extend the play but it's fine to occupy some time.

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Playset Hiccups Dragon Striker Review

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Playset Hiccups Dragon Striker
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this toy for my son's Dragon Training (4th) birthday party - thought it would be fun for the kids to catch toy dragons with it. Unfortunately, the 3yos, 4yos and 5yos couldn't get it to work consistently. Even the adults struggled!
It comes with a lever that can be attached on the right or left to accommodate left-handed users. But this lever alone doesn't *seem* strong enough (though it is) to pull back against the strong internal spring. And holding it still in order to pull straight back is a challenge especially for young kids.
What we figured out about launching it: position the butt of the toy with open end up and firmly against your leg or the floor; push the lever fully forward; load the balls; pull the lever smoothly back to within an inch of the barrel base; and then finally pull it back and down to release the spring.
The toy works well when you get it to launch - shoots the soft little balls over 20 feet without being dangerous. And it seems durable enough. If only it were easier to operate!

How To Train Your Dragon Movie 4 Inch Action Figure Zippleback Review

How To Train Your Dragon Movie 4 Inch Action Figure Zippleback
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a small version of the Zippleback dragon in the How to Train Your Dragon movie. It comes with a plastic stand that hooks into the bottom of the dragon's body via a spring. The spring allows the dragon to bounce/move when you touch it. The dragon itself is plastic and painted in some detail. It makes a good collectible for those who enjoyed the How to Train Your Dragon movie. However, our child has chosen to play more with the larger McDonald's Happy Meal How to Train Your Dragon toys and the much larger Walmart versions of these dragons. If you're looking for a small collectible to sit on your shelf this is a good choice. If you're looking for a How to Train Your Dragon toy that your kids will more likely play with I'd recommend the larger Walmart toys or the McDonald's Happy Meals dragons.
Also, this toy sells for $5 at Walmart. I wouldn't pay more than $5 for it.

I ordered these rings for the cupcakes my son is taking to school. He was very excited! I needed 13 instead of the 12 that the order comes with so I contacted the seller & she sent me the extra rings I needed. I had a great experience, and it was very fast, friendly service.

I really wanted to post a review to note that this IS the Red Death pictured and not a Gronkle. Or.. maybe the Red Death ate my Gronkle in shipment. ;) Kidding! But I was so happy to find this little guy on Amazon. We arent regular WM shoppers so never saw him in the store.
I know my little girl will be thrilled when she recieves this for her Birthday.

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Series 3 Deluxe 7 Inch Action Figure Hiccups Dragon Striker Review

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Series 3 Deluxe 7 Inch Action Figure Hiccups Dragon Striker
Average Reviews:

While this is a very fun toy, the launcher-thingy isn't that durable. It was designed for it's size, rather than its function. Also difficult to operate, as it requires you to deliberately make the Hiccup figure launch it, not the user; and difficult the "pack away" whereas the floding parts of it need to be at a difficult angle to close properly.
To parents, advise your children to be careful, and don't abuse it.
To teenage fans (like me, heh), have fun annoying your buddies with shooting it at them. :)

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Viking Battle Pack Review

How To Train Your Dragon Movie Viking Battle Pack
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
it is NOT very educational - everyone knows vikings didnt really wear horned helmets after all.
i bought this one set for my two sons.... the goal being if they both liked it then we would buy another. if not then so what, we're out 20 bucks.
They LOVE this set! and it can handle TWO boys, ages 3 and 4, ramming into things with it. I got clever and installed some faux fur inside the helmet so it would fit better and be more comfortable.
it looks pretty realistic. my husband had reservations about the axe but we were both happy to see that it is made out of an extremely lightweight plastic. you can bend it in half and while it doesnt feel good to get whacked with it.... it isnt going to leave a lasting mark or dent your furniture. So tip of the hat to who ever designed that part of this set.
Over all i'm VERY pleased with this product and will be buying another so i can have TWO little vikings ;)

How to Train Your Dragon Playset Dragon Attack with Deadly Nadder Review

How to Train Your Dragon Playset Dragon Attack with Deadly Nadder

Found this item at Wal-mart for less ($30). Comes with a dragon, Hiccup, and the playset itself is pretty cute with little sheep the nadder can grab. This is a gift for my kid for Christmas. So i cant say about the durability of the toys. I have been to 3 different wally world stores multiple times, and only saw this once.
*Update* Playset is easy to assemble. The sheep are quite small which is a bit of a disappointment.
