(More customer reviews)Yup, this is not Tonka if you read the other reviewer. The ambulance makes realistic sounds, and the two figures add lots of realism to your playscape. Its a great addition to the Thomas hospital building (Brio doesn't have one that I know of)
Brio toys ARE expensive, but they are built nicely and to last.
My son enjoys the fact that this ambulance makes a distinct and different sound than the fire engine, or the police car, or the remote control train which also come with sound effects
