(More customer reviews)This train set is very poorly made, with lots of fragile pieces and a tendency to derail. In addition, as noted in other reviews, the sound effects cannot be heard over the incredibly noisy locomotive, which sounds as if tiny plastic gears are chewing themselves to pieces. In spite of this, our 2- and 4-year-old boys are fascinated by it, so I'd recommend a holiday train set highly -- just not this one.
