When sending educational toys, Grandpa likes to see and review them, so the grandkids can't get too much ahead on my gift. The package is easy to untape and see, OK. play with, before it is resent. The dinosaur figure can be placed on a stand, but comes with a magnet and is easy to unassemble and put back in the sturdy box as a take-along activity for vehicle and meals out.
Interesting artwork and information allows picturing the animal in its environment and connecting it with other dinosaurs of the same era. Presentation includes, factoids, decoding messages, a word scramble to find keywords that reinforce the information, stickers, a crossword puzzle and comparisons with other dinosaurs, etc. There is also a story of how it was able to compete and survive. I think it is the beginning of some imaginative play with other dinosaur figures from the same series.
