(More customer reviews)Gordon is one of the main engines in the stories about Thomas. And kids love these stories a lot. The wooden toy comes with a lifetime warranty, but it is so durable you probably will not need it. Our Gordon has survived a lot and is still intact.
My son loves the face (a little too serious and solemn, but that how Gordon usually is depicted in the stories)--it facilitates pretend play. Gordon comes with a tender, which attaches to the engine with a magnet. A magnet on the front also allows kids to make long trains with their other Thomas characters.
