(More customer reviews)This Cornerstone Series kit is a perfect bus terminal representation found in small to medium cites. It was relatively easy to construct and it offers much opportunity to modify, customize and add tons of detail. While use on my layout is for over-the-road long distance buses, Greyhound and Trailways, it's easily adaptable to local transit and/or taxi and limo service. I thoroughly enjoyed this purchase.

The new Cornerstone Series Silver Springs Terminal is based on the streamlined structures that were built across the continent beginning in the late 30s. The clean lines of streamlined designs were applied to everything from light switch plates to vacuum cleaners; all evoked the look of speedy streamlined trains. With its curved windows and corrugated canopies, Silver Springs Terminal perfectly captures the look of the era. Similar bus stations were found in many cities, so this model will be a welcome addition to any transition- or diesel- era layout.
