(More customer reviews)The hat and bandana are cute, but a little on the small side. The bandana in the photo looks nothing like what you get, btw. You get a small triangle of a bandana with a piece of felt stitched to the other side, a fake knot and velcro on the ends, much like a bib.
The whistle on the other hand is completely worthless. The kid was all excited and.....nothing. Just air.
He finally resorted to faking the noise by humming. It was cute. And sad.
Don't buy it.
