(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 3 year old who is tall and he was swimming in it. Also, there is nothing on the sides to secure it so it was flapping all over the place until I stitched some ribbon to the sides so we could tie it together. Also the ties on the neck weren't very good so I had to fix that with ribbon also. If you get it on sale and your kid loves the Thomas characters then it's worth it, otherwise, not so much.
