I had wanted these buildings ever since I was a kid. Back then I believe that they were part of the old Plasticville line- and the converted boxcar was sold separately as track workers' bunkhouse. In any case, these are still very detailed structures and should satisfy even the most exacting model railroaders. I find that they add more interest to my own layout than any other group of buildings (though they can also be split up and used separately.)
However, they are not really a true snap fit. You are going to need to add a few drops of model cement in order to keep them from coming apart at the slightest touch. The fit was good however- and I found no flash.
Question: what is the difference between a hobo, a tramp, and a bum?
Answer: A hobo is a migratory worker, a tramp is a migratory non-worker, and a bum is a non-migratory non-worker...
