(More customer reviews)The Amtrack train set worked perfectly for what I wanted it for, and that was underneath my Xmas tree with my Xmas village. It worked well, but had a tendency, in one direction, to derail at the switches. Also, the couplers are a bit funky. Would not recommend this for a small child, as there is no way that they could re-rail the engine, let alone the whole train. Not user friendly.
