Several different layouts are pictured on the package, encouraging children to try out different configurations. It is wonderful that this toy can work with other building sets. Cowboys, an engineer and horses are included with the playset so that creative minds can act out different scenerios as they play with the Prairie Express. This is one of those toys that can keep a child occupied all afternoon.
