(More customer reviews)This is both of my twin toddlers' favorite piece to their train sets (and we have just about everything Thomas and Brio... stations... signals.. tunnels of all kinds. It works great! And the echo of train sounds automatically comes on when the train goes through. You don't have to push the button to get the sound (although you can also do that, too). Some previous reviewers to another listing for this tunnel complained that when the batteries died, they weren't able to replace them. The batteries are made in China, and are just a tiny bit smaller than our US batteries. The solution: just search online for the specific battery it comes with and order a bunch. They are the cheapest batteries I have ever purchased! I think the brand is GP GreenCell. Finally, the option to record your voice and have it play back is pretty neat, but it only works once. In other words, it doesn't record, it just plays it back. The boys enjoy this option a little, but not as much as the train sounds that the tunnel makes.
