(More customer reviews)My daughter received this for her 3rd birthday and she frequently tells us this is her favorite gift. I don't love big train sets that are so involved, you lose track of the pieces. This set is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. It comes in a sturdy (cardboard, but well-made) box with an easy to open/close lid, that provides more than enough room for the set plus an additional 9 cars (so far), which makes it easy for little children to clean up themselves. The individual pieces are large enough to be baby-safe, but small enough to pack for on-the-go fun. Both my daughter and her 1 y.o. brother enjoy this immensely and play with it everyday. The track fits other standard wooden train sets, i.e Thomas and Melissa & Doug.
Everything is very well made. It's all wooden so very attractive, with bright but not obnoxious colors. The designs are simple, almost minimalist, but still very cute. I have never heard of Nuchi before this but after this, I will be looking for more items from them.
