(More customer reviews)We just got this Lego Holiday Train, with the 9V power conversion kit, and we are totally in love with it. Our two sons, ages 10 and 7, put it together without much parental help in about 4 hours of Lego-building fun.
In typical Lego fashion, it is very detailed: the gifts that ride in the open car are really cute and fun to assemble. The kids love the mini figures that come with it, and they really love manning the well-designed remote control. We all are impressed with how fast the train can move around the tracks without derailing.
We just ordered another box of straight tracks to better able the train to maneuver around our Christmas tree. We highly recommend the power kit to make this train even more magical. We expect the Lego Holiday Train will be a family tradition for years to come.
