(More customer reviews)Spencer from Bachmann's Thomas and Friends line is very good. He is a smooth runner and has excellent detail. Just how he was presented in the TV series. However, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD!!! He is not a childrens toy, he is an HO scale electric locomotive. The moving eyes feature is a nice touch. All in all, Spencer gets a 10/10.
