(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my 3 year old son. He was so excited as he is a BIG Thomas fan. We got it out of the package and noticed that the battery went in the back car of the train and not the engine. When turned on, the back car does all of the pushing instead of the engine, therefore the train goes in circles instead of running straight. I checked all of his other trains and sure enough, in all of the other trains, the batteries go in the engine part and not the car part. I have never seen a Thomas train made like this nor just spin in circles. He finally told me to just throw it away. The car part is good if you want to hook it up to other trains/engines. Save your money on this one as it is a waste, unless you enjoy watching a train go around in circles.
