(More customer reviews)It annoys me that all the Toothless / Night Fury merchandise has him snarling; he looks scary like that, and what I'm really interested in is a toy that's as adorable as Toothless is in the movie. Not counting the freaky teeth and eyes, though, this toy is really cute. It's small, with beautiful outspread wings and a slightly curving tail.
Although it comes with a weird little display stand (it's shaped like a rock, with a tiny coil sticking out of the top that you're supposed to perch the Night Fury on), the toy balances well on its own when you set it on a flat surface. It doesn't "do" anything like shoot bolts of fire or whatever, but I prefer that because I bought it more for display purposes.
