(More customer reviews)I do relate to the parents who were in a panic over this toy. It was such a precious gift for my 1 year old for Easter. When, no one could figure out how to erase it, we were bummed. We ran online and figured out the trick. You need to use the big part of the pen and draw on the back to erase the board. Once we figured it out, everyone was fighting over it. It is now a blast! I just can't believe they didn't put the directions on the packaging. Enjoy!
