(More customer reviews)THIS IS NOT A WOODEN THOMAS TRAIN. O.K., now that is clear, it's a cute set for your thomas take along group. We bought this at Target last year at Christmas time so my son would have a "Christmas" train for the holidays to play with. Well, it's now Aug. and we are still playing with it. I keep meaning to hide it away so it will be a nice treat to play with again, but my son enjoys it, so oh-well. It has held up well to play over the months. A few dings here and there do to dropping and such, but no big deal. I'd say if you have a take along set and would like a holiday train, this is a cute one.
