(More customer reviews)When the train arrived it was packaged very well. Each train was placed in its own individual box and was very well wraped. The train had great detail. Their were three flatcars with two removable pieces. I thought this was a nice feature, but the removable pieces (hauler & race car) are attached with an elastic cording and once the elastic cording is removed it cannot be reattaced. I did remove the cording from the hauler which had a pin to keep it attached to the flatcar when moving, but did not take off the cording from the race car. I felt when the train was moving the race car might fall off of the flatcar. The search light is not removable, but the light swivels and was quite bright. My husband bought this for our four year old son who absolutely loves this train and plays with this almost daily. This does of course require adult suppervision, but my son can attach the trains to the track if they derail. Overall I thought this was an exceptional product, free from flaws, very duable, easy to attach to the track, and something my family will enjoy for years to come.
