(More customer reviews)My daughter got this toy before she was a year old and like all babies chews on her toys. One day I noticed black stuff all over her mouth, teeth, and tongue. The black paint on the penquin came off as she was teething on it. This toy is labeled for 6 months and up. All children that age will teeth their toys, that is how they learn. No product for children that young should have paint that comes off when chewed on.
