I first got this very start set when I was 9 (an older edition of course but a Monorail none-the-less) and immediately it became my favorite toy. Almost every penny I got for birthdays and Christmas for the next few years would go to getting more cool Rokenbok sets to keep building and adding. I can truly say that this toy inspired me to become an engineer - which I still fully intend to do.
Don't get your kids 'action figures', get them something that will stimulate their creative and constructive instincts - get them this!
