(More customer reviews)My 3 year old twins got this, and I assembled it easily & correctly. It looked cool. But everything has to be lined up just right for it to work. There is a tunnel contraption that the train goes in, then a crane lifts it, it is pulled over to a secondary track where the crane releases the tunnel, your kid can "fix" the train, then the tunnel is turned on a turntable and the train is released onto the secondary track. The problems are (1) it's too complicated for the little kids; (2)the regular track is blocked while a train is being "fixed," so a second train can't keep going;(3) if the turntable isn't lined up exactly, the tunnel lands crooked & the crane won't release; (3) the release lever on the crane is hard to pull up; (4)the tunnel, while on the regular track, is inside a building, so it is hard to see to line it up;(5)the tunnel will only release the train in one direction, even though it is open on both sides; (6)the release lever in the tunnel is hard to reach; (7)it is extremely loud like a Hungry Hippos game. The kids are fussing and begging for help, because they want to play with it, but it's just too difficult. Yes, I assembled it correctly; yes, it was frustrating for me to try to teach the kids how to use; no, we won't be keeping it. The big box store clearance sale had it at under 20 dollars, but it's not worth even that.
