(More customer reviews)I bought this Mig 15 jet fighter from Amazon because I was interested in the Korean War. This kit is in 1/72 scale. It's about 6 inches long and 5-1/2 inches wide. It comes in a small red box with four plastic sprues, instructions, and a poster.
What I like about this kit is it's simplicty in construction. There aren't many parts in this kit so the construction is fairly quick. The parts fit well and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. What I didn't expect is a great color poster. The poster gives you three painting schemes from three different countries: Soviet Union, North Korea, and Hungary. The poster measures 16-1/2 inches long and 11-1/2 inches wide. This poster is so well printed that it's suitable for framing and hanging on your wall.
Although I like this model kit, there is one thing I found lacking. The pannel lines in this model doesn't look realistic. The lines are large and wide; it takes away some of the realism of this jet.
The pros far outweigh the cons that I have for this model. The cost is inexpensive; it's easy to build; and it looks great. You won't be disapointed in this kit.
